To change the primary/main domain on a shared hosting plan, please open a support ticket and let us know the domain you would like us to set.
Before submitting your request, please make sure the domain does not already exist on our platform. For example, it must not already be added to your hosting account as an addon domain, alias, parked domain, or subdomain.
If the domain is already added in cPanel, please remove it first, then contact us and we will change the primary domain for you.
