If you'd like to access VNC/Console for your VPS (often used if you cannot reach the VPS via means such as RDP, SSH, etc), please follow the below steps:
1) Visit My Services
2) Click the service you'd like to access VNC/Console for
3) Click OPEN CONTROL PANEL
4) Click Options
5) Click Enable VNC Access
6) Click Browser VNC
A new window should have opened with the console. If that did not happen, please ensure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups, or try a different web browser.
