Shared Hosting:
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. For example, if you're on the Silver plan, you can move up to Gold or Platinum—or downgrade if you're not already on the Silver plan. 

KVM VPS:
Upgrades are supported, but downgrades are not. This limitation is due to our control panel software (VirtFusion), which prevents downgrades to avoid potential data loss.

To proceed with a Shared Hosting or KVM VPS plan change, please visit My Services and select the service in question, and then click the Upgrade/Downgrade link in the left hand menu.

Dedicated Servers:
