VPS Hosting
Yes, please open a ticket. Please note that your VPS IP address will change.

For both Shared Hosting and VPS Hosting, please let us know whether you also need your existing data transferred to the new location.

Dedicated Servers
This may be possible, but it depends on availability and your current setup. Please open a ticket so we can discuss the options with you.
