Our upstream provider in Frankfurt has scheduled a maintenance window in order to upgrade the software image on the edge and core routers. The purpose of the maintenance is to deliver improved network performance, stability, and security.
The maintenance window to perform this work is scheduled for June 25, 2026 from 21:00 PM GMT+1 to June 26, 2026 03:00 AM GMT+1. During the maintenance, customers may experience brief periods of intermittent packet loss or additional latency as routes are migrated between redundant devices. We will take all possible measures to keep customer impact to an absolute minimum.
