Please be advised that on Sunday, November 2nd, at 08:00 AM BST, there will be a scheduled network downtime of up to 20 minutes affecting all VPS customers in the Los Angeles region.

This maintenance is necessary due to floor space capacity constraints at our current data center. During this window, our Network Administrators will trunk the VLAN from the existing switch to a core router, enabling the deployment of new servers at a nearby Equinix Los Angeles data center (approximately a 4-minute drive). This step is critical to maintaining shared IP space across our hypervisors, which ensures optimal resource efficiency.

Additionally, this work prepares the foundation for upcoming software based hypervisor upgrades later this year, aimed at improving overall performance and reliability for all customers.
